A note from the owner

Hi, my name is David Larson, a second generation real estate enthusiast. In 2009 I followed in my parent’s footsteps and began work in real estate. Everything aspect of the business is important to me and I handle these valued assets with care. I am based out of San Diego, but upon request I am able to serve other markets within California. A firm understanding of a property’s location and its condition are my top priorities. I’ve worked in construction and managed projects of my own, which affords me a perspective to foresee issues that might come up ahead of time.
